Where we deliver
We currently ship to addresses in Northern Ireland and Great Britain (excluding Highlands, Islands, and certain restricted postcodes that our carrier cannot reach).
We cannot deliver to PO boxes or addresses that cannot receive tracked parcels.

Delivery times
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days of dispatch. Actual delivery time depends on your location and the service assigned to your order.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Carrier
We currently ship via Royal Mail. Carriers may change — the carrier assigned to your order will be shown in your dispatch confirmation.
Partial orders
If one or more items in your order are unavailable, we will contact you. Unavailable items will be refunded and the remaining items dispatched as normal.
Returns
Statutory right to cancel
If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use (not in the course of business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right:
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery — open a support ticket or email [email protected]
- Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us
- Return shipping costs are at your expense
- We will refund the full order value plus the standard delivery charge once we receive the goods back
- Items must be in their original condition — we may reduce the refund if goods have been used or handled beyond what is needed to inspect them
This right applies to consumer purchases only. Business customers purchasing in the course of trade do not have this statutory right to cancel.
What can be returned
Unwanted goods
Items that are no longer required may be returned within 30 days of dispatch, provided they are unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Incorrect goods supplied
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery — photos help, please email them to [email protected] along with the order details.

How to return
Contact us first with your order number and the reason for the return. To help us process your return faster, you can complete the Returns Form — it is not required, but it does speed things up. We will confirm next steps depending on the situation.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit):
We will arrange a courier collection from your address at no cost to you. Once we have the item back, we will issue a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
If you no longer need the item or ordered by mistake:
You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Send the item to:

Our premises are not open to the public. All returns must be sent by post or courier — we do not accept drop-in returns.
What to include in your return
Include your order number, name, and reason for return inside the parcel. If you completed the Returns Form, include a printed copy. Include proof of purchase and original packaging where possible.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued promptly — allow a few additional days for your bank to process the payment. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
