Optimum ECOsave Multi Tariff Time Switch is a single channel mechanical 24-hour device specifically designed to control up to 3KW electric immersion heater elements for efficient water heating during low-tariff (cheap rate) electricity periods. This time switch ensures your hot water is heated when electricity is cheapest and offers a vital boost function for peak tariff times.
The mechanical time switch features 15-minute switching intervals for simple and precise programming. The integrated boost function is manually adjustable between 15, 30, 60, or 120 minutes, providing immediate hot water when needed. It is compatible with single, dual, or two separate immersion heaters. The device operates on 220-240V AC 50Hz and has a maximum current rating of 16A resistive / 2A inductive. This is a surface-mounted device (Dims: 86H×155W×55D mm) designed for use in dry rooms only.
